How much does shipping cost for buyers?

We are the only marketplace to offer free shipping for our buyers from EU countries. Shipping costs will be included in the price breakdown at checkout if you are a non-EU buyer when you make your purchase. Prices are based on the average size and weight of a shoebox. Some items that are larger and/or heavier will incur additional shipping charges.

It's been a few days and my seller hasn't shipped the item yet, what now?

No fear! We ensure sellers ship items as quickly as possible. The average delivery time for the item to reach you is 7-12 days from the day of dispatch and we do our best to get your order to you even sooner. If anything goes wrong and your item cannot be sent to you in a timely manner, we will try to find the same item for you again at no additional cost to you. If this is not possible, your costs will be fully refunded. Please note, however, that the ordering process also includes the seller's processing days and shipping time.
